Our public RPC endpoints do not retain request logs, and they do not store client IP addresses. We do not correlate wallet addresses with IP addresses. We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.

To keep the endpoints available and to prevent abuse, we may process ephemeral connection metadata, such as short-lived rate-limit counters. We do not write this metadata to persistent logs, and we delete it as soon as it is no longer needed.
The dashboard submits automatic diagnostic and error reports so we can fix lookup failures. When a search finds a validator that exists on the chain but is not yet in our index, the dashboard sends the searched inputs with a snapshot of the index sync status. When a page error occurs, the dashboard sends the error message, the page address, and the browser identifier. The browser identifier is not stored. Reports are kept for 90 days for debugging and then deleted. We never sell or share them.
Per our document retention policy, we collect as little data as possible, and whatever limited data we do collect is automatically deleted after a short period.
